CEO, Newport Medical Solutions Mr. Chapman is responsible for setting our growth strategy, assuring the accomplishment of business objectives, securing resources for growth, and working with the executive management team to support Ortho Revenue Solutions' mission and vision. He brings to the company an extensive background in business and operations. Mr. Chapman spent a majority of his career in management positions at NTT/Verio, serving as the director of Key Account sales for the Western United States. John helped to formulate the sales and marketing of all products and services. While at NTT, he was part of the Verio IPO, and later was part of the 6 billion dollar cash purchase of Verio by NTT. John's entrepreneurial spirit drove him to start several ventures, and eventually attracted him to become a partner in Newport Medical Solutions. He has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. |

President, Neuro Revenue Solutions Mr. Klinge manages the surgery specific coding, billing workflow, appeals process and our CAR/CPR programs. Josh is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) among other professional organizations. He has been a Certified Professional Coder through the AAPC since 1998 and a Certified Coding Specialist-Physician Based through AHIMA since 2002. Josh has over 12 years of billing experience in Orthopaedic, Neurosurgery and ASC areas. In 1997 Josh founded Optimum Reimbursement Services, Inc. (ORS), a revenue enhancement organization specializing in surgical appeals. ORS initially provided outsourced surgical appeals services and coding audit services to third party billing services and healthcare providers alike. Specialized coding and billing services were in such high demand that ORS subsequently evolved into a full service billing company, with continued emphasis and expertise in the coding and appeals process. In 2004 Mr. Klinge merged ORS with Arbormed Corporation, where Josh served as Vice President of Client Services. One of his key responsibilities was in the area of client education, where he worked with providers to improve their coding, documentation and dictation practices. Josh also oversaw internal coding practices, managed Arbormed's appeals department and was the Compliance Officer during his tenure with Arbormed. Mr. Klinge has been a guest speaker at several teaching facilities and industry summits. Speaking topics include “TCD Billing, Coding and Reimbursement, Successful Appeals: How to Win at the Appeals Game, Appeals: Tips on Obtaining Proper Reimbursement.” Josh is highly regarded by Orthopedic and Neurosurgical practices in Orange County for his commitment to their specialty specific coding and appeals. Josh lives in Huntington Beach, California with his wife Kim and his two daughters Mackenzy and Hannah.
